Minerals + Enzymes = Green Smoothie

greensmoothiesThe absolute most powerful way to simultaneously up our mineral and enzyme consumption is to consume green smoothies every day.  In green smoothies we condense the vegetables and fruits by blending, and in so doing, multiply the quantities of enzymes and minerals we obtain.  Green-based drinks are the real super foods-not exotic, expensive or hard to find fruits or plants from foreign countries.

You may ask: “How often do I have to do that?” or “How long do I have to do that?” My question back to you is: “How many days do you want to be healthy and beautiful?”  This is not a quick-fix answer to detoxify and look great but a way to permanently break out of our old habits.  To maximize our intake of minerals and enzymes, we should aim to consume a green smoothie every day.

I drink a green smoothie for breakfast and for lunch. After I have prepared my breakfast smoothie, I right away make my lunch smoothie and put it in the fridge to consume at lunch time. I switch my greens and fruits each day to keep it interesting and balanced. My green smoothies are delicious. The fruit cuts right through any “green” taste and makes for a balanced, enjoyable flavor.  You will be pleasantly surprised with your first sip!
